Christy Marx (born October 20, 1952) is a screenwriter from Illinois. She is best known for her work on the popular kids’ series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Before gaining recognition as a screenwriter, Marx first made her mark in the entertainment industry as a game designer, contributing to projects such as Conquests of Camelot.
In 2000, she received the Animation Writers Caucus Animation Award from the Writer’s Guild of America in recognition of her contributions to the field.
Marx is married to illustrator Peter Ledger.
