Christmas Abbott is an American Instagram star born on December 20, 1981, in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is best known as a CrossFit athlete with a large following of over 600,000 on Instagram. In addition to her success in the fitness world, she made history in 2012 by becoming the first woman to participate as a member of a NASCAR pit crew. Christmas also appeared on Big Brother 19 in 2017.
Prior to her rise to fame, Christmas worked as a civilian contractor in Iraq for four years after following her mother there at just 22 years old. It was during this time that she discovered and fell in love with the sport of CrossFit. Notably, she achieved national ranking as an Olympic lifter at the American Open in December 2013 and went on to launch a CrossFit workshop centered around her brand.
Christmas hails from Lynchburg, Virginia and maintains close relationships with her parents. She also has an English bulldog named Fran.
