Christmas Abbott is one of the most famous CrossFit athletes around, with over 650K followers on Instagram! She made history in 2012 by becoming the first woman to join a NASCAR pit crew, and then went even further when she joined Big Brother 19 in 2017. Her extraordinary journey began as a 22-year-old civilian contractor following her mother’s footsteps to Iraq. That’s where she discovered CrossFit and went on to become nationally ranked as an Olympic lifter at the American Open in 2013. In 2014, she launched Christmas Abbott CrossFit workshops nationwide, cementing her status as one of the top names in fitness. Born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia (home also to actor Skeet Ulrich), Christmas is close with her parents and has a pet English bulldog named Fran. In October 2018, she welcomed son Loyal with Benjamin Bunn – and recently got engaged to Memphis Garrett from Big Brother! The couple will be tying the knot this May 2022.
