About Chelsea Castro
Chelsea Castro (born October 8, 1992) is an American skateboarder known for her work with Chaos Skateboards. She gained significant publicity when she appeared in the video for Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?”.
Before fame, Chelsea joined Chaos Skateboards while still an amateur, and eventually made the transition to being a pro with the company. In addition to her skateboarding career, she has served as a brand ambassador for Skate Kreations and had her own skateboard line created by Chaos.
Tragically, Chelsea grew up with her brother Albert who was hit by a car and killed while skateboarding in 2014.
