Chassidy Smothers is a fitness instructor and owner of SmothersFitU.com and WorkoutsbyChassidy. She was born on June 2, 1986 in Sacramento, California. Chassidy is also an IFBB professional athlete, cover model and winner of the 2014 BodySpace Spokesmodel contest.
Prior to her fitness career, Chassidy joined the U.S. Army in 2009 and served a two-year tour in South Korea. She became involved in bodybuilding competitions after watching her husband compete in October 2012.
In 2009, she married bodybuilder and personal trainer Antonio Smothers with whom she co-owns SmothersFitU.
