About Catharina-Amalia, Princess of Orange
Catharina-Amalia, Princess of Orange, was born on December 7, 2003 in The Hague, Netherlands. She holds the occupation of Princess and is currently first in line to the Dutch throne.
Shortly after her birth, she assumed the title of Princess of Orange. She is the oldest child of Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and Queen Maxima.
Her birth was celebrated by numerous cannon salutes throughout the Kingdom of the Netherlands. In addition to her royal duties, she enjoys attending events such as the 18th birthday celebration of Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway which took place during summer 2022.
Princess Catharina-Amalia’s mother, Queen Maxima, grew up in Argentina as the child of politician Jorge Zorreguieta. She has two younger siblings: Princesses Ariane and Alexia. They were all born in The Hague, Netherlands to Queen Maxima and King Willem-Alexander.
