Cassie Masangkay, born on June 22, 1995 in Canada, is a well-known YouTube personality who gained fame as one half of the popular vlogging duo ToThe9s. The pair has produced widely viewed videos such as “Styling a Basic White Tee” and “Lookbook Denim for Fall,” amassing over 550,000 subscribers to their channel.

She posted her first video with ToThe9s in late 2013 and went on to achieve considerable success with her collaborator Ricci Pamintuan. Notably, she gave Pamintuan a haircut in an early 2015 YouTube video.

Masangkay was raised in Vancouver, British Columbia as the eldest of three siblings in a multicultural family of Filipino, Caucasian, and Chinese heritage. She has two younger brothers.
