Carole Cadwalladr Feet
Carole Cadwalladr, born on October 10, 1969 in Wales, is a renowned British author and investigative journalist. She gained recognition for her work with The Observer and The Daily Telegraph, particularly for her groundbreaking 2018 investigative piece exposing the Facebook-Cambridge Analytica data scandal.
Prior to her journalism career, Cadwalladr studied journalism at Hertford College in Oxford and published her first novel “The Family Tree” in 2006, which was shortlisted for the 2006 Commonwealth Writer’s Prize. Transitioning into journalism, she began writing technology-focused pieces for The Observer.
Cadwalladr has received numerous accolades for her work including a nomination for the Pulitzer Prize in 2019 due to her coverage of the Cambridge Analytica scandal. Additionally, she won the British Journalism Awards Technology Journalism Award in December of 2017 and The Orwell Prize for political journalism in 2018.
Born and raised in Taunton, Somerset, Carole Cadwalladr has become a prominent figure within investigative journalism circles.
