Candye Kane (born November 13, 1961) is an American blues and jazz singer from California. She has released more than twenty albums and is known for writing songs like “Who Do You Love” and “For Your Love.”
Before pursuing a career in music, she attended USC and was accepted into the junior opera program, but dropped out to become part of the punk scene.
In 2012, she was nominated for the B.B. King Entertainer of the Year Award. Kane has two sons, one of whom she had at the age of seventeen.
