About Caitlin Powell
Caitlin Powell (born October 5, 1998) is a folk singer from Jacksonville, Florida. She is known as the elder sister of the musical duo Neoni, which gained fame through their joint YouTube channel with over 440,000 subscribers featuring original songs and covers.
Before gaining fame on YouTube, Caitlin began her music journey at eleven years old when she persuaded her parents to give her guitar lessons. Together with her younger sister Sidney in Golden, Colorado, they earned money by busking on street corners to build a home recording studio.
Prior to their success as Neoni, Caitlin and Sidney were part of an acoustic folk duo called Facing West. In addition to their musical talents, both sisters are also passionate snowboarders.
In 2018, Caitlin along with Sidney and their parents Tim and Catrina moved from Evergreen, Colorado to Nashville Tennessee.
