About Brooke Wells
Brooke Wells, born on July 14, 1995 in Missouri, is a bodybuilder and CrossFit athlete. Recognized as one of the fittest women on earth, she made her mark by winning the 2015 Central Regional CrossFit event when she was just 19 years old. Prior to her competitive career, Wells excelled as a track star at Southside High School where she specialized in the 100 and 300 intermediate hurdles.
In addition to her early success in CrossFit, she achieved the title of the 6th Fittest Woman on Earth in 2016 and has amassed over 1.8 million followers on Instagram. She also shares her passion for fitness with her twin sister Sydney, who is also involved in crossfit.
