Brenda Strong is an Emmy-nominated actress known for her role as Mary Alice Young on Desperate Housewives. In 1980, she won the Miss Arizona beauty pageant and later appeared in Billy Crystal’s music video for “You Look Marvelous.” Beyond acting, Brenda has written books that empower women – fiction and non-fiction. She was married to Tom Henri from 1989 to 2013 – they had a son named Zak who also became an actor. In 2015, Brenda tied the knot with John Farmanesh-Bocca and the couple started their own production company, End Stop Star Entertainment. Some of her other credits include Dallas opposite Patrick Duffy.
