She started taking acting classes at the young age of nine, and went on to obtain an associates degree from Spokane Falls Community College, a bachelors in psychology from Washington State University, and a masters in social work from Eastern Washington University. Blanca was present at the 2015 Academy Awards with then-boyfriend John Savage.
