Betty Lago (June 24, 1955 – September 13, 2015) was a Brazilian TV actress known for her recurring roles on various television shows. She was born in Rio de Janeiro and gained prominence for portraying characters like Abigail on Four Lives, Four Loves and Marizete on Jackpot.
Before achieving fame, Lago spent over a decade living between France and the United States before returning to Brazil in 1992. Her standout performance on Four Lives, Four Loves garnered her both Premio Contigo and Troféu Imprensa awards.
Lago succumbed to liver and gallbladder cancer in September 2015. She is survived by her husband Guilherme Linhares and children Patricia and Bernardo. Previously, she had been married to singer and actor Eduardo Conde.
