Beth Hoyt, born on June 18, 1983 in New York, is a comedian known for her work on Comedy Central’s Inside Amy Schumer, MTV’s Teacher’s Lounge, and the feature film The Bachelorette. In addition to her television appearances, she created and starred in web series such as Shut Up, Beth!, John’s Into Beth, and Reggie and Jenny.
Prior to gaining recognition in the entertainment industry, Hoyt performed at notable theaters across the United States including The Flea, The Public Theater, Ars Nova, and Bumbershoot. She also served as the host of My Damn Channel Live.
As part of her personal endeavors within comedy performance art circles within New York City’s East Village area gained popularity through hosting a comedy show called Big Effing Deal!.
