About Barbara Borges
Barbara Borges (born January 26, 1979) is a Brazilian TV actress hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She gained recognition for her roles in popular television novellas and series. In 2004, she appeared in the novella “Lady of Destiny,” and later portrayed Elvira Palhares in the 2009 series “Beautiful, the Ugly.” Borges made her television debut at age 16 as a stage assistant on the Xuxa series before landing a leading role as Luisa Vieira in the 2001 series “Port of Miracles.”
Her first feature film appearance came in 2008 when she starred as Camila Ramalho in “Revenge.” Borges received nominations for Best Supporting Actress at both the Contigo Prize! TV awards and Extra Television Awards for her performance in the series “Bela a Feia.”
In June 2014, Barbara married Pedro Delfino; they have two children together named Martin and Theo.
