About Bab Buelens
Bab Buelens, born on May 23, 1994 in Belgium, is a Belgian singer, actress and TV host. She gained recognition as a finalist on the Belgium Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 and later became popular as a TV host for VTMKZOOM. Additionally, she is known for her role as Emma in the VTM soap opera Familie (aka Family). Buelens began singing at the age of 8 and made an early television appearance at 13. As of 2021, she is married to actor Vincent Banic.
She released her first album at the age of 14 and has also been recognized for being the youngest singer to appear on VTM. Outside of her entertainment career, Buelens studied literature and linguistics at the University of Antwerp. Originally from Leuven, Belgium, she has also traveled to Paris, France.
