About Azra Kohen
Azra Kohen is a Turkish writer and novelist, best known for her book Pi. She has also made appearances on various radio shows to discuss writing and shares personal pictures with her over 240,000 followers on Instagram.
Kohen graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Communications before attending Ottawa University in Canada. She published her first book Fi which was adapted into an internet series. In 2018, she won the Elele Avon Writing Award for Best Writer of the Year.
She was born and raised in Turkey and married Sadok Kohen in 2001.
