About Aynur Dogan
Aynur Dogan is a contemporary singer known for her Kurdish singing. She was born on March 1, 1975, in Cemisgezek, Turkey. Aynur has earned representation from Sony Music and Harmonia Mundi and released hit albums such as Nupel, Keca Kurdan, and Rewend.
Before launching her music career, she studied music and singing at the ASM Music School in Istanbul. Her debut album Seyir was released in 2002 followed by Kece Kurdan in 2004 under the Kalan Muzik label.
In addition to her musical endeavors, Aynur was featured in the 2005 documentary Crossing the Bridge: The Sound of Istanbul where she performed the song Ehmedo.
Aynur Dogan’s unique voice and repertoire have gained widespread recognition internationally.
