Avery Konrad (born December 28, 1994) is a Canadian television actress best known for her role as Sara Myers in Epix Studios’ 2022 science fiction series FROM. Hailing from Abbotsford, Canada, Konrad has also appeared in popular television series such as Van Helsing, The Good Doctor, and Falling Skies.
Prior to gaining fame, Konrad harbored ambitions of becoming an actress from a young age. With the support of her mother, she began taking acting and dance classes at the age of 12.
