About Arabella Gibbins
Arabella Gibbins (born November 20, 1985) is an English stage actress, comedian, singer, and voice coach. She gained recognition for co-writing and starring in the short film Swim to Land with her brother Toby Sebastian. Gibbins is also known as the sister of actresses Raffie Pugh and Florence Pugh, who starred in the film Midsommar.
Before embarking on her acting career, Gibbins earned a bachelor’s degree in Professional Acting from The Oxford School of Drama in 2013. Subsequently, she obtained a Master of Fine Arts degree in Voice Studies (with Distinction) from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2019.
In 2018, Gibbins showcased her talent by performing a one-woman show at Vault Festival that garnered acclaim and won her the Origins Award for Outstanding New Work. Additionally, she has been offering voice coaching services through her website arabellagibbins.com since 2009.
Gibbins hails from Liverpool and comes from a family heavily involved in the entertainment industry; aside from sharing creative pursuits with her brother Toby Sebastian by working on Swim to Land together, Gibbins’ sisters have also made notable contributions to popular cinema: Florence Pugh starred in Midsommar and Little Women while Raffie Pugh is recognized for appearing in Born of War.
