Annie Gerard is an American illustrator known for her fanciful depictions of women and animals, primarily using acrylics. Born on July 11, 1982, she began illustrating in childhood and turned professional after earning a bachelor’s degree in art in 2004.
Gerard has gained a significant following on social media, with over 550,000 followers on her anniestegg Instagram account. Her work has been featured by notable brands such as Ballistic Publishing, Apple, Android, and Addicting Games. In addition to commercial success, she received recognition within the art community when she won first place for “Celestial Muse” at the Dragon*Con Art show in 2011.
