Anna of the North, born on June 8, 1989, in Gjøvik, Norway, is a pop singer known for forming the electro pop duo Anna of the North with Brady Daniell-Smith. She gained notoriety in September 2014 by remixing The Chainsmokers’ “Sway.” Before pursuing a career in music, Anna studied graphic design in Norway. In 2017, she appeared on Tyler The Creator’s tracks “Boredom” and “911 / Mr. Lonely” and released her debut album Lovers that same year.
