About Ann Casey
Ann Casey (born September 29, 1938) is a former professional wrestler who was born in Alabama. She is best known for her successful wrestling career, during which she held the NWA US Championship title. Casey wrestled professionally from 1962 to 1990.
Prior to her wrestling career, Casey worked as a ticket counter at a match where she met The Fabulous Moolah, who offered to train her. This encounter marked the beginning of Casey’s journey into professional wrestling.
In 1975, Ann Casey was named Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s Girl Wrestler of the Year, solidifying her status as one of the top wrestlers in the industry.
Outside of her wrestling career, Casey has had children with two different husbands.
