About Angela Webber
Angela Webber was an Australian television writer and comedian, born in Sydney on December 2, 1954. She is best known for her work as a screenwriter on the children’s television series “Mortified”.
After studying architecture at the University of Sydney, Webber transitioned to become a comedy writer and performer for Triple J, an Australian youth radio station.
In her personal life, she married Australian radio personality Stuart Matchett and they had two daughters. Sadly, Webber passed away from lung cancer in her early fifties after successfully battling breast cancer in her late twenties.
