About Angela Kang
Angela Kang (born March 23, 1976) is an American screenwriter best known for her work as a writer, producer, and showrunner on the AMC TV series The Walking Dead. She was born in Irvine, California and has also contributed to the FX series Terriers. Kang earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theater from Occidental College in 1998 before obtaining a Master of Fine Arts degree in screenwriting from the University of Southern California.
Prior to her success in television, she interned for ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice. Angela Kang is married with one son named Ethan.
