About Anama Ferreyra
Anama Ferreyra (born October 20, 1951) is a Brazilian model and actress known for her work in the fashion industry and on screen. She has graced the pages of notable magazines such as Vogue, Elle, and Cosmopolitan. In addition to her modeling career, she has also appeared in comedic films like 1986’s Brigada Explosiva Contra los Ninjas. Anama was also the host of the fashion series Estilo Anama for several years.
Before gaining fame in the entertainment world, Anama moved to Argentina in the mid-70s where she studied acting under Chilean actor Franklin Caicedo. In the 90s, she founded Colegio Anama Models, a modeling agency that played an instrumental role in launching careers of models such as Soledad Fandino.
In 1994, Anama welcomed her daughter Taina into the world.
