Amy Wright is an American movie actress born on April 15, 1950, in Chicago, Illinois. She is known for her role as Clara Jane in the film “Heartland” alongside actor Rip Torn, whom she married in 1989. Before rising to fame as an actress, she attended the University of Chicago and Beloit College to hone her skills. Additionally, Wright starred in “The Scarlet Letter” alongside Eric Schweig. She and Rip Torn have two children together from their marriage in 1989.
