Amy Grant is a pop singer born on November 25, 1960 in Georgia. She is known for her Christian contemporary hits such as “Angels” and “El Shaddai,” as well as her crossover hit “Baby Baby.” Before gaining fame, she was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority at Vanderbilt University and released her breakthrough album Age to Age in 1982.
Grant has won Best Female Gospel Performance at the Grammy Awards four times between 1983 and 1988.
