About Amelia Meath
Amelia Meath, born on July 2, 1988 in the United States, is a pop singer. She was originally a member of the group Mountain Man and later joined electronic music producer Nicholas Sanborn to form the duo Sylvan Esso. They released their debut album under Partisan Records on May 12, 2014.
Prior to her musical career, Meath formed Sylvan Esso with Nick Sanborn after meeting him at the Cactus Club in Milwaukee where they bonded over their admiration for each other’s bad dance moves.
Notably, she went on tour with Feist from 2011 to 2012 and comes from a family with ties to television production. Her father Jonathan Meath produced the TV game show Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?
