About Amber Scott
Amber Scott is a movie actress known for her role as the young Maggie Banning in the 1991 Steven Spielberg-directed Peter Pan adaptation, Hook. She was born on October 10, 1984, in the United States. At just seven years old, she and the other child actors in Hook’s cast received the Young Artist Award for Outstanding Young Ensemble Cast in a Motion Picture.
After her appearance in Hook, Amber took a break from acting until 1995 when she did voiceover work for the documentary series American Experience. She later graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where she was a member of the Delta Psi Epsilon sorority.
In addition to her acting career, Amber also performed “When You’re Alone,” an Oscar-nominated song from the Hook soundtrack at the 64th Academy Awards. She does not have any siblings.
