Aluna Francis is a Welsh R&B singer-songwriter born on July 2, 1988. She is best known for her collaboration with producer George Reid, which led to the formation of the electronic music duo AlunaGeorge. Their breakthrough single was “Your Drums, Your Love.”
Prior to her music career, Francis met George Reid in 2009 after he remixed a song by Francis’ previous band My Toys Like Me. The pair formed AlunaGeorge and garnered attention with their unique sound.
