About Alix Lapri
Alix Lapri is an American pop singer, actress, and model born on November 6, 1996 in Topeka, Kansas. Known for her roles in DJ Caruso’s Standing Up and BET’s Reed Between the Lines, she gained recognition from Nickelodeon after posting singing videos on YouTube.
Lapri began performing at the age of 5 and achieved third place in a Kansas City talent showcase in 2003. At age 9, she won first place at the Kansas Annual “Juneteenth” Talent Showcase. She later earned over 1 million followers on Instagram due to her various talents.
She was crowned Spring 2009 Miss Atlanta Girl after six weeks of modeling, acting, and runway work which led to a scholarship for acting and modeling school for a year.
Originally from Topeka, Lapri moved to Atlanta with her family in 2008 where she resides with her sister who is also a makeup artist.
