About Alison Cherry
Alison Cherry, born on June 9, 1982, in Evanston, Illinois, is a well-known Young Adult author. She is best known for her novels Red, Look Both Ways, For Real and the children’s novel The Classy Crooks Club.
Prior to her writing career, Cherry studied photography at Harvard University and worked as a freelance lighting designer for theaters across the United States. Notably, she also served as a photographer for the Metropolitan Opera for four years.
Cherry was raised in Evanston and later resided in Brooklyn, New York.
