About Alice Panikian
Alice Panikian (born May 23, 1985) is a Bulgarian-Canadian pageant contestant. She gained recognition after winning the 2006 Miss Universe Canada beauty pageant and subsequently reached the top ten in the 2006 Miss Universe pageant.
Panikian studied journalism and English at York University in Canada. Prior to her success in beauty pageants, she won the 2006 International Queen of Coffee pageant in Colombia. Notably, standing six feet tall, she became the tallest national beauty pageant winner in Canadian history.
She was born in Sofia, Bulgaria to a family of Bulgarian and Armenian heritage before moving to Canada at the age of five.
