About Alejandra Otero
Alejandra Otero, born on May 18, 1983 in Caracas, Venezuela, is a well-known stand-up comedian, actress and radio personality. She co-hosted the Mujeres En Pelotas radio show on the Venezuelan station Hot94 FM and gained widespread recognition as a member of the cast of the comedy television show Mision Emilio.
Prior to her successful career in comedy, Otero worked in journalism and was one of the founders of the newspaper Contrabando. In addition to her professional endeavors, she documented her first pregnancy in a series of vlogs on YouTube.
Otero comes from a family with ties to journalism; she is the daughter of journalist Miguel Henrique Otero. In December 2017, she welcomed her first child, a daughter named Paulina, with her partner Jorge Parra.
