About Alejandra Azcarate
Alejandra Azcarate, born on March 3, 1978 in Bogota, Colombia, is well-known Colombian comedian, model and actress with a solid presence in television as well as for her travel-oriented standup comedy shows. She gained significant recognition through her appearances on the RCN network and her portrayal of Patricia Rubio in the series “Amor en Custodia” in 2009.
Prior to achieving fame, she pursued studies in political science and journalism at Emerson College in Boston before making her debut on television as a presenter for CityTV’s news program “City Noticias” in 2002. Eventually, she transitioned to RCN News while continuing to establish herself within the industry by venturing into comedy and performing at various national theaters starting from 2010.
In addition to her work on screen and stage, Alejandra has made contributions as a columnist for Alo Women Magazine due to which she is recognized for versatile talents. Hailing from Bogota Colombia itself; traces of family life can be seen through an Instagram post shared with her father back in June 2018
