About Aishwarya Dhanush
Aishwarya Dhanush is an Indian director, born on January 1, 1982. She gained recognition as a director with her Tamil movie “3,” which earned her a nomination for the SIIMA Award. In addition to her work in directing, she has also contributed as a cinematic playback vocalist and received a Filmfare Award nomination for her musical work on the film “Aayirathil Oruvan” in 2010.
Prior to gaining fame as a director, Aishwarya made her debut as a playback singer in 2003 for the J.D. Jerry-directed thriller “Whistle.” She is also known for being one of the judges on the Indian reality television dance competition show called Jodi Number One.
She hails from Chennai, India and is the daughter of film producer and playback singer Latha Rangachari and renowned actor Rajinikanth. Her marriage to Tamil cinema star Dhanush has blessed her with two sons named Linga and Yatra.
