Additionally, she has made appearances on The View and Watch What Happens Live. Before rising to fame, Smith attended New York University and worked with Jeff McCay, Inc., Vibe, and Rolling Stone. Interesting trivia includes an offer to join Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style that she ultimately declined.
