About Amy Paffrath
Amy Paffrath is an American television show host born on July 22, 1983, in St. Louis, Missouri.
She is best known for her long-time hosting role on E! News Now and as a guest host on G4’s Attack of the Show and Fuel TV’s The Daily Habit. Paffrath has also worked as a red carpet correspondent for TV Guide’s Hollywood 411 and was a host on Dating Naked.
Prior to her career in television, Paffrath attended the University of Missouri School of Journalism where she earned her degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2005. Following graduation, she moved to Los Angeles and quickly secured two reporting jobs at Direct TV for In the Mix and Created by You.
In addition to her hosting work, Paffrath has made guest appearances on popular sitcoms including Hot in Cleveland, Sullivan & Son, and 2 Broke Girls.
Paffrath comes from a large family with seven siblings. She married Drew Seeley in 2013, with whom she welcomed their first child –a girl– in 2019.
