Anne Caldwell was a talented playwright born in Boston, Massachusetts on August 30, 1867. Her works such as “I Know That You Know” and “Once In a Blue Moon” showcase her exceptional storytelling skills. Additionally, her attention to detail shines through in plays like “In the Park” and “Cinderella Girl.” Before making a name for herself in the theater world, Caldwell kickstarted her career as a singer with the Juvenile Opera Company. Even after her passing, she continues to be recognized for her contributions and was posthumously inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1970. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Caldwell found love and companionship with her husband James O’Dea.
