Yam Concepcion (born May 27, 1988) is a Filipino soap opera actress who gained recognition for her role in the 2013 daytime series Dugong Buhay. She went on to appear in Ipaglaban mo and Langit Lupa.
Prior to her acting career, Concepcion earned a degree in multimedia arts from the College of Saint Benilde. She has also appeared in feature films such as Rigodon and Nilalang.
