Evanna Lynch was born on August 16, 1991, in Termonfeckin, Ireland. She is a movie actress best known for her role as Luna Lovegood in the last four installments of the Harry Potter film franchise. Additionally, she has appeared in G.B.F., It Don’t Come Easy, and starred in My Name is Emily in 2017.
Prior to her acting career, Lynch studied drama at the Centre for the Talented Youth of Ireland. She also appeared alongside Gary Oldman in the film Monster Butler and participated as a contestant partnered with Keo Motsepe on the 27th season of Dancing with the Stars.
Lynch comes from a family with two sisters and a brother. Notably, she dated her Harry Potter castmate Robbie Jarvis from 2007 to 2016.
