Wendy Leigh (September 13, 1950 – date of death) was an English non-fiction author known for her bestselling biographies. She wrote notable works such as The Secret Letters of Marilyn Monroe and Jacqueline Kennedy, Prince Charming: The JFK Jr. Story, True Grace: The Life and Times of an American Princess, and Patrick Swayze: One Last Dance.
Prior to her success in celebrity biographies, Leigh authored a book titled What Makes a Woman GIB (Good in Bed) in 1978. She also co-authored the memoir Shirley Jones and the book Life with My Sister Madonna. Additionally, she created an erotica series called The Unraveled and gained recognition as a ghostwriter.
Leigh married twice in her lifetime. Her passing was marked by tragedy when she fell from her balcony in what was determined to be an apparent suicide following the loss of her mother Marion Leigh.
