Vivian Velez is a Filipina movie actress born on May 21, 1968, in Cebu, Philippines. She gained fame in the 80’s with roles in popular films like Pieta and Paradise Inn, which earned her several awards. Velez has also appeared in TV series such as Imortal and Tubig at Langis.
She began her acting career in 1974 with the horror film Black Mamba. In 2016, she left the show Tubig at Langis due to conflicts with co-star Cristine Reyes. Velez is married to Sam Groskopf and they have two sons.
