Ve Neill (born May 12, 1951) is an American makeup artist born in Riverside, California. She is best known for her award-winning work on films such as Ed Wood, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Beetlejuice. Neill has also received nominations for her work on films such as Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, Batman Returns, Hoffa and Edward Scissorhands.
Before her success in film makeup, Neill began her career as a rock ‘n roll stylist. Her impressive body of work includes an Emmy win for The Shining television special and various other awards such as BAFTA Film Awards, Saturn Awards, Daytime Emmy Award and Hollywood Makeup Artist and Hairstylist Guild Award.
