About Tsai Ing-wen
Tsai Ing-wen, born on August 31, 1956 in Taipei, Taiwan, is a prominent Taiwanese politician who served as the seventh President of the Republic of China. She also held the position of Chairwoman of the Democratic Progressive Party.
Before her political career, Tsai earned a law degree from National Taiwan University and subsequently obtained her Master of Laws from Cornell University Law School. Her academic journey continued with a PhD from the London School of Economics.
