Thea Gill is a Canadian TV actress, born on April 5, 1970 in Vancouver, Canada. She is best known for her portrayal of Lindsay Peterson in the popular television series Queer as Folk.
Before gaining fame as an actress, she earned a BFA in Theatre from York University in Toronto in 1992.
Gill also ventured into music when she sang her first song on the track “In a Heartbeat” for the film Eighteen, which received a nomination for a Genie Award.
Her personal life includes being married to Brian Richmond from 1993 to 2009 and publicly coming out as bisexual in 2003.
