About Stina Troest
Stina Troest is a Danish hurdler born on January 17, 1994, in Copenhagen. She gained recognition for her athletic achievements, particularly winning silver at the 400-meter hurdles at the European U23 Championships in Tallinn, Estonia in 2015. Troest has also built a significant following with over 80,000 Instagram followers on her account.
Prior to her success at the European U23 Championships, she won silver at the 400-meter hurdles during the Youth Olympic Games held in Singapore in 2010. Notably, she achieved a time of 2:02.93 in the 800-meter race in 2017.
Beyond her own accolades, Stina comes from an athletically inclined family as her brother is Magnus Troest, a professional soccer player.
