Stefanie Sherk is a Canadian television actress and writer, known for her role as Marlee’s Mom on the 2015 television series #Hashtag: The Series. She has also appeared in films such as Un Cuento de Circo & A Love Song, Valentine’s Day, and The Hateful Eight.
Sherek began her acting career in 2001 as a co-host on the TV series Gutter Vall Alley. She later portrayed Special Agent Catherine Devi in the 2014 made-for-TV movie Cyber Vice before earning a recurring role on #Hashtag: The Series.
In addition to acting, Sherek has worked as a writer and producer on short films including The Sister (2009) and Big Date (2011). In 2011, she married actor Demian Bichir with whom she shares one child.
