About Sonia Fergina Citra
Sonia Fergina Citra, born on April 27, 1992, in Tanjung, Indonesia, is a pageant contestant and beauty queen. In 2018, she won the title of Puteri Indonesia and went on to represent her home country at Miss Universe 2018. Notably, she also received the Best in Traditional Costume award at Puteri Indonesia.
Before gaining fame through pageantry, Sonia began her career in modeling in 2005 as part of Bangka Belitung Youth Model Faces. She later pursued higher education and obtained a degree in English literature from Binus University.
Beyond her achievements in the pageant world and academia, Sonia is trained in taekwondo and has acted as a taekwondo ambassador to the Bangka Belitung Islands. She comes from a large family and is the youngest of six children.
